Cons:Could not check-in 24 hours in advance. No free drink due to 1 hour flight; water would have been good.

Pros:Crew were polite. The plane was clean and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Luggage cabins were. roomy. Price was great and no extra hidden charges.

Pros:That I arrived safely. That it was cheap. Being fed twice in a short amount of time was a surprise.
Cons:Plane left much later than it should have. Cramped, uncomfortable seats that barely had much padding. The worst part were the other passengers—about 30 or more kids (late teens or early twenties) who talked loudly throughout the entire redeye flight. Sleeping was impossible. They were never asked by the staff to quiet down.

Cons:The boarding process was highly disorganized: all travelers line up at the gate and attempt to cram their way onto the plane regardless of whether this behavior delays the flight.

Cons:Scam of taking enormous amount of money from passengers for check in baggage. At the time of making the booking,your website didn't show how & where to pay for Che k in baggage but when I checked in at the airport I had to pay 60 euros each for check in baggage when I had paid only $50 for the airfare. I think it's highway robbery to charge so much for checkbin baggage by deceiving passengers of not providing the option to pay half the price at the time of purchasing the ticket. I would never book another ticket through your site & will make sure I tell everyone to do the same. I had worse experience ever.
