Pros:People at the desk didn't know or don't wanna say much why we have no plane
Cons:I arrived at Vienna on time but to Skopje we had no plans and we hade to wait till 13:40 to board
Pros:Baggage in Riga was available the moment we got to the carousel.
Cons:Passport control in Vienna was completely disorganized. This is not an Austrian Air issue. Look to Disney World for how to line up large groups of people. Yes, I know Air Baltic is low fare. I have never paid for water on a flight. At least the WC was included in the fare.
Pros:Nothing
Cons:Flight delayed for one hour which caused us to miss our train. We had the longest check-in queue in the world although we have already checked in online and had our boarding passes in advance. Snack on board was a poor piece of biscuits
