Pros (+) I attempted to cancel one week prior to the date of the trip becasue our plans had changed. I was told I could not cancel and would be charged the full amount. Because I could not go I lost over $130. I will never use kayak or Holiday Inn again.

Pros (+) Very nice, clean and comfortable room in a good location. Good breakfast choices in attractive surroundings. Elliptical in workout room a plus. Warm pool!
Cons (-) Evening staff could be more friendly and helpful.
