Pros (+) Location is good for me. I usually stay here several times a year and give a good rating, but now I am unsure if I'll be back.
Cons (-) The A/C didn't work and as the hotel was full, I could not move rooms. The bath room was not sparkling clean, shower head needed to be clean and one of the two bath towels was stiff and probably not rinsed or fluffed. Only had one person on call in the morning and thus it was difficult to be checking people out, handing out breakfast boxes, dealing with issues and answering the phone.
