Cons (-) My stay at the Inn began with them not letting me and my family up to the property after paying $650 for the room because somehow my reservation was cancelled and they were fully booked (the only available option was a $1,500 suite which they would prefer to turn me an my family away rather than upgrade us into the suite -- I would need to pay the difference for the suite or I was out of luck).
