Cons:
I was charged an extra $107.00 for something. I still have no idea what it was for and the receipt, which was emailed to me, does not disclose the reason for the charge. I will have to contact Hertz for an explanation. It might have been done in error but it did not apply to any extra that I agreed to pay. I am very disappointed and was quite surprised to see the amount on the emailed receipt.4.8 Mediocre

The staff at the Woodbury, MN Enterprise was very nice & helpful.Cons:
The Tailgate trunk door flew open on the highway going 75mph! Thank goodness nothing fell out since the van was packed full. When I checked, the locking mechanism was broken. It looked like it was closed tight, but I could pull up on the door without touching the handle & it would open.2.8 Poor

They called the day before I was to leave to tell me they wouldn't have my vehicle until later than when I had it reserved for. They did scramble to get a vehicle there but it kind of threw my schedule off9.6 Wonderful

Excellent friendly service, I was nervous about getting the specific vehicle that I had rented, due to a bad experience with a different company. Jibrill assured me that he would have a full size SUV for me & came through just as he promised, the 2018 Yukon XL was awesome. I would not even think about renting anywhere else, Jibrill has sold me on Avis!2.0 Poor

Check around the holidays to make sure the place is open, even if they show up online. I spent a lot of extra money on renting a car For only half of the time I needed it. Avis was not helpful in compensating for this.2.0 Poor

Terrible customer service. Didn’t even get a “hello” when I walked into the shack sized rental service. The workers there make you feel like your lost, as if they don’t know I’m there to pick up a rental car. Rude, not accommodating.
