- The hotel room’s fixtures were crooked. - They got our reservation and jet cards mixed up. So bad that my mom and I had to open each other’s rooms the entire time. - Food was mostly terrible the entire time. Not one good meal. - Service was pretty bad all around. Not one great meal or experience.

Pros (+) The employees were amazing. They treated my friend and I like queens. The waiters Wander, Ramon, and Raul were very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was amazing. Now Chef Eddy was the best he made the most delicious dishes just for us. Cons (-) The first day I got to the hotel I was very impressed until I had issues with the wifi service going in and out the whole time. The toilet wasnt working and we had to complain a couple of times before someone actually did something for us and changed our room. We didnt get to try all the restaurants because it was limited amount of people allowed by 8pm.
