Pros (+) We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always been pleased.
Cons (-) As we are on our way to the hotel, my husband has to be rushed to the hospital. We tried multiple times to get assistance to either transfer dates or cancel the reservation. The hotel told us they were unable to help us and gave us a number to call.
