Pros (+) We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always been pleased.
Cons (-) As we are on our way to the hotel, my husband has to be rushed to the hospital. We tried multiple times to get assistance to either transfer dates or cancel the reservation. The hotel told us they were unable to help us and gave us a number to call. Pros (+) easy check in, pool area and lazy river are nice, like the seniors buffet and close to old town Bay St Louiswhich is a great place to walk around and check out shops,resturantats and historic train depot .
