Front desk can benefit from customer service training. The check-in process was less than desirable, after driving four hours to be greeted by an unwelcoming clerk. The beds are lumpy, pillows are awful. The ground (floor of the room) is uneven, and stains are everywhere. Hardly a boutique hotel experience, in fact, it is the opposite.
