Pros (+) Friendliness, atmosphere, quirky dining room, price, location, cleanliness, breakfast.
Cons (-) As for all bathrooms sporting electric showers, it’s something of a game to get the temperature right for longer than a few seconds. If you flush the loo you then need to wait for it to fill completely before using the shower. The same goes for anyone in the house using the water.
