Pros (+) The hotel is clean and convenient do to its location, breakfast is good, the only good service that I got was from Carolina at breakfast, excellent service, dedicated person, also the shuttle drivers to and from the airport.
Cons (-) The front desk service just plain sucks, they don’t care and all they do is run some sort of side business trying to get more money out of customers to take their taxis and extra services that they offer. I asked them questions via the bonboy app, and at the beginning they answered right away, when I asked about the transport from airport to hotel, they answered me 4 hours later when I was already...

Pros (+) The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. It was Father's Day so I was not sure if the menu was any different for that particular breakfast, but very good food. The area is quiet and the hotel was very close to the airport so I had no need to rush in the morning to catch my flight.
