Pros:Honestly nothing. We were lied to. The best part was the rep from the other rental car company we ended up using.Cons:This was the worst possible experience I could have imagined. We chose to use kayak and budget because they are supposedly reputable companies but this experience was a total scam. We were told our reservation wasn’t valid and would need to book a different car for 3x the price once we arrived.Reviewed 16 Sept 2019
