Busy place. Used by several tour groups. Despite staff assistance , could not get air conditioning to cool adequately. Breakfast is very good. Can request eggs/omelets and special coffees but that is not obvious. Pool is the size of a large hot tub. Lighting in bathroom was dim and provided soap, shampoo was low quality. Location would have been ideal had subway line D been open.
