I set up my reservation for a car through kayak and then Enterprise didn't have any cars. That is a problem, when the rental car company doesn't have any cars to rent. If you don' t have cars to rent then don't let other companies give people reservations. It is a pretty basic system9.6 Wonderful

At pickup, the agent at the counter attempted to provide a jumbo sized van in place of the Chrysler 200 (or similar) Standard car I reserved for my trip. When I refused the switch, I was told it was all that was available. I needed to pickup the car and start my trip, so that was both annoying and stressful. After a few minutes, the agent provided a Buick Larcrosse that was very nice, but only after I said that I would cancel and rent from another rental service. Not what a customer wants to deal with for a reserved booking at the start of a planned trip.10.0 Wonderful
