Poor attitude by front desk. We got to hotel 90 min early we were told we could not check in early without paying more money. Upon checking reservation I found I still had time to cancel reservation. Done. Rebooked elsewhere and had a great experience.

Pros (+) The place was very close to the Canyon de Chelly and there was a large gift shop with largely Navaho products. It was very quiet in the unit and the breakfast was excellent, especially the blue corn pancakes.
Cons (-) The bathroom was very cramped.

Pros (+) The staff was professional and cordial and the setting was bucolic and serene. I highly recommend staying here.
