The only thing i really liked was it is close to my daughter's so it was convenient, the guy at the desk was ok
This us the second time we had to change rooms, this time because the room smelled bad, like a dirty rag, there was a odd moment when i was getting breakfast, an employee was like starring, with a look of disgust on her fast, uncomfortableI would not recommend, we have stayed here multiple times, this is the second or third time since i think new management, go to the chula vista area 2-3 times a year. But will be looking for a different whotel. For sure. I will probably use priceline, but not the hotel
Bed sheets were rough and dusty. Sink was clogged which was fixed. Beggar came near to the room! People knocking door during night time with no reason.Bed sheets were rough and dusty, sink clogged, beggar coming near to the room in hotel compound to ask for money, door being knocked at night time.
The staff was great!
The hot tub and pool were far from clean.the location is easy to find. right off the 5 south. Staff is always ready to help and really friendly. Great price for the hotel however the pool and hot tub were dirty.
If I recall right, I chose a 2.5 star hotel but was given this hotel after I raised my bid by $5 additional dollars. This hotel is not a 2.5 star hotel by any means! I feel defrauded. This is the 2nd time it has happened. I will report this to BBB.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast area was nice with plenty of food and drink available. When I notified the staff I had not phone they brought one, our room wasn't cleaned towels were brought to us and fridge was then cleaned
My room had no iron, ironing board, no phone, batteries missing from smoke detector, side chair was missing, but did have desk chair, refrigerator had some nasty spill in it, our room wasn't cleaned the second day of our stay.I would hesitate to stay in this hotel again. The staff was extremely helpful, but the room and the trash around our parking area was very disappointing.

the pool was too far away from our room. We had our reservation in for over a month, but still was given a 2nd story room. On the second day, the maid gave us bath mats for towels. And we had to ask for for more than two towels for our needs.The vanity area in our room was ridiculously small, even for one person. Our tub was dirty and it took two complaints to finally get it clean. The pool was too far away to use and the spa looked greenish and not clean. The bed was great, the pillows terrible. Small and lumpy. Probably shouldn't complain cause the room price was great. But we've been in like priced motels and not had these problems.
I like that the motel was close to public transportation, Taco Bell, Dennys and Black Angus.
Well, let's see! The toilet tissue handle was broken, there was a buzzing sound in the room, the key card was not programmed,and the iron board was broken.This motel sucks!
It's location relative to where I go to work.
I came back to my room one day after a long day at work and the room was not cleaned. The bed was not made. There were no new towels.I have tried to voice my concerns with the manager of this motel, but every time I call he is unavailable. I am told that he has other properties to manage. When I leave a message, he never returns the call. One of the employees of the front desk staff (a young man) seems to have an 'attitude' towards me.

the front desk staff person in the morning was so disrespectful and stressful i was so up upset with his treatment i could not gather myself for hours after. he seemed under the influence because there was no customer service of anything from him.the entire staff was very un-organized and not even dressed well or in any type of uniform. no greetings but disrespectful attitudes. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless i was forced. i don't understand how anyone could hire or allow family to work at the front desk with no social skills and no understanding of how a hotel operates. i think he gave this hotel a totally bad name and word to mouth is the best news to travel with so i want to report this hotel for a rude disrespectful loss of my money. they even responded that they did not care what was said to priceline and that nothing could be cared for less..
The way they maintain the pool and Jacuzzi.It would be a nice place to stay if the manager was a better manager, as the staff ask for the pool and Jacuzzi to be fixed and he does nothing, they also ask for new towels as the towels are very worn and he ignores the staff and they get nothing. I think they need to get a new manager in there that cares about how the hotel is taken care of. As for the Staff, they are great.
