Lady refused to check me in because she judged me and is most likely hates men Remember once I pay, I cannot get a refund and she refused me to stay in the room I paid for that was nonrefundable. It was atrocious. I’ve been using this app a long time. I’ve never had a problem except for at this location. This specific person on that specific date.
