Needs some updating. Need Smart TVs and more USB ports. The staff was great and refunded an error on my folio quickly. The person who cleaned the room did a fantastic job. Also really enjoyed the breakfast.

Literally everything could’ve been better, no bugs or a moldy ceiling would be a great start though. The sewage leaks in the parking garage would be another and the stains on the old bedding would be next.

Pros (+) Checking in was great! Embassy Suite rooms are always roomy and perfect for families.
Cons (-) The pool was dirty...had hair floating all in it and was discolored. A hotel employee swiped his key and just opened our door randomly. He apologized but it felt unsafe and unexpected. It was st 8 pm and he didn’t really offer a good reason for just opening our door for no apparent reason. I could only imagine how bad this could have gone if I had teenage girls in the room or if I was changing clo...
