Cons:
I made a reservation for the rental car and still had to wait an hour and a half for our car to be ready. The only reason they ever got a car ready for us was because I told the people working there I would have to cancel my reservation and get an uber because I would have missed my flight. Did not expect to have to wait that long and did not receive good service at all. Very disappointed.8.0 Very Good

My reservation was for 1200 noon on a sunday. Nowhere in the booking nor on the confirmation email did it state that the office would also close at precisely 1200 noon sharp. I arrived ten minutes late due to traffic, which is usually reasonable to still receive a car or other service. I didn't receive a courtesy email, phone call or anything to say that the office would be closing or even that my reservation was canceled. I arrived to a locked office only. I called the number on the door and it was a National Avis representative, they told me the office was closed and I could pick up a car the following day. I informed the agent that I must have a car to catch a flight out of town that night. They said I was out of luck and nothing could be done. Horrible customer service, communication, and empathy or concern. Luckily a competing car rental chain was open until 1pm and they were able to get me into a car as soon as I arrived. STAY AWAY FROM AVIS!!!!! Garbage company!!10.0 Wonderful

I appeared the morning of the reservation for them to have ZERO vehicles for me. Putting me in an immediate time crunch to find a car so I could make my flight in time. Extremely upset and disappointed, will not be using Hertz again.Cons:
