Surprisingly ExcellantPros:Dealing with everyone at the Norwalk location was outstanding from initial contact to pickup and afterwards. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Was surprised to learn that spouse could drive vehicle at no extra cost as other rental companies. Also that toll charges had no additional fees attached. Will use Enterprise again.Reviewed 2 Jan 2017
