The staff at Enterprise was great… personable and efficient! The phone calls to confirm reservation and information about rental was additional, positive, customer service. I wasn’t too happy about the cost of renting, but I know my options were limited and renting a large vehicle was necessary ( my only option ). I would hope Enterprise might send a coupon voucher to use for future rental reservation.Reviewed 10 May 2024

They canceled my reservation at 3pm the day before I was supposed to pick up next day at 8am. Not even 24 hour notice!!! Didn’t even offer to help find another car or give options. Just said it’s canceled. Terrible service!!Reviewed 10 May 2024

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The van we rented was infested with tiny roaches. They would crawl on me and the rest of the passengers. This was supppper frustrating especially since we were staying an hour away from the rental location.Reviewed 8 May 2024
