shuttle from LIR was very organized, very nice staff. booked a compact 4x4, received a compact 4x4. did pay for the comprehensive insurance but it seemed like they would accept a letter saying you have other coverage. return was super simple, took about 5 minutes, no surprise charges and the shuttle back to the airport was waiting to drop us off at the terminal. There was a slight wait at the counter to get the car because everyone comes out of customs at a similar time but it was really a seamless and painless process overall.
