The car I reserved was not available so I was given a different one. I quickly realized the car drives and feels unacceptable, so I called to switch it. After being told no problem, just go to any enterprise and we’ll switch it. I tried for four days and everywhere I went, they kept saying they didn’t have a car. Finally gave up.Reviewed 5 Aug 2026

I should have canceled the credit card payment. car broke down, had to be towed. enterprise was not reachable to provide immediate replacement causing an overnight stay with hotel expenses. to date enterprise has not responded to the complaint or to re imburse the additional costsReviewed 4 Aug 2026

They did not have the car we wanted and they have the wrong phone number that they claimed to have called us on. However they asked for my number to check in. Wrong phone number on file but correct number when we check in. Just disappointed that we did not have the car and our plans had to be cancelled because of it.Reviewed 4 Aug 2026

Horrible. Renter switched to a smaller car (xc60) and argued they were in the same category. This after i had called in advance to check if they had the volvo xc90 i had booked. In the end i had to leave the place when he said: “take it or leave it”.Reviewed 4 Aug 2026

Had a great experience renting from them. It was so quick and efficient. I had to change the type of vehicle that I rented once I arrived due to my original vehicle not being able to fit enough passengers. Emmanuel helped me to do this so seamlessly and got me into a really cool, really big vehicle at a really good price. Drop off was a breeze. The car seemed well maintained and I had no difficulty with the vehicle while I had it. I absolutely would rent from them again.Reviewed 2 Aug 2026

Quick easy check in/out experience, friendly service. Only suggestion is to put a note on rentals from here which explain that the rental counter is within Main Street Casino, I did have some trouble finding the rental counter initially.Reviewed 2 Aug 2026

Enterprise office was extremely small for their operation. Waiting time was significant due to only 3 people . Worst at the drop off time aspeople waiting in the queue was going out in the car park. I have also purchased collusion damage insurance through Kayak which was $20 CAD. We were told a few days prior that we needed a major credit card. As someone who never rented a car before I did not know that. We got a good deal on a large vehicle but had to cancel it due to not having a credit card. We ended up going to an airport and renting a smaller car through another company for a little bit more, but at least they accepted debit cards.Reviewed 1 Aug 2026
