The overall experience was excellent: the lady at the desk was really kind and professional. I just have to complain about booking wth carrentals.com: it was not clear that it was kind of reserved to American drivers, so I had to pay the full insurance to get the car (since I don't have a US-driving license).Reviewed 18 Feb 2024

Fast and easy check-in/drop-off. Staff very friendly and helpful. On the negative side: all tyres were low pressure and the sign on the dashboard was on. Someone should of checked that - this impacts safety directly. I was driving with my children !!! I had to look for a place to inflate my tyres and I paid extra for that!!!Reviewed 25 Sept 2023
