When I got to Split airport and I told the Green Motion that we had arrived, after a long time, speaking to lots of different people over the phone, being called many times, someone arrived eventually to pick us up. We were told that we had to get in the car and drive to their offices 500m away. We asked which company office this actually is, because from google maps, it did not seem like green motion had an office this close to the airport. We asked again what company they work for and they said Vintax, who had ‘taken over’ after green motion closed down their Split airport branch. After a quick google, I realised this was a fraudulent company and did not get in the car, so I did not receive the service I had paid for in the slightest. Many Google reviews as well as speaking to staff from Hertz at the airport corroborated this. As this listing was on Kayak, a trusted price comparison site, I would like to have full compensation of this booking due to the awful and at times scary experience I had, resulting in me not receiving the service I paid forReviewed 2 Nov 2023
