My experience with hertz rentals in Corvallis was a complete nightmare. I had to swap cars twice during my road trip. Once due to a mechanical malfunction and a second time because of low tire pressure. When I returned the first rental to another hertz I was sure to refill the fuel. However when I was done with my trip and returned the third vehicle back to my original rental location I had a fuel charge for $164. And of course because it was a charge placed at another location they said they couldn’t remove it, that I had to call and get it removed. Tried calling and only got the voicemail and never received a call back. They make it very difficult to talk to an actual person once you’ve completed your rental and they already have your money. Very disappointing and dissatisfying experience to say the least. I do not recommend renting from hertz in Corvallis or any hertz anywhere.Reviewed 30 Apr 2024

Bad in the beginning, but they made up for it.Pros:I was impressed with the car, and they waived the gas fee due to the 45 minutes I had to wait past my pick up time.Cons:There was no one at the office because of the gun scare in Lebanon. I had to wait for about 45 minutes past my scheduled pickup time.Reviewed 21 May 2018

In Corvallis, OR way better than their neighbors oPros:They honored the rate, the car was ready on time and they were kind and friendly. Before Hertz, I made the same reservation with Enterprise; when I arrived they "apologized" saying that they didn't have the kind of vehicle that I reserved and they tried really hard to upgrade my rental and make me pay more than twice. Such a waste of time. From now on, Hertz will be my first option.Reviewed 30 Dec 2015
