Pros:The hold on my account was a small amount the bed was comfortable. The first front desk person Michelle I think her name was was very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable. The air conditioning worked like a charm.
Cons:The sketchy characters coupled with the lack of security and some walls in the room were very dirty and poorly patched you could see exactly where they patched as the filler was not painted the color to match the rest of the walls patio chairs were very dirty. Interacted with a front desk person who had a horrible attitude when asked for a item the hotel advertised they offered. When it rained the entire parking lot was flooded and getting to my car was a challenge.

Pros:Cheap and convenient. There only to shower and change after the beach and before our flight. Would not sleep there.

Cons:Old photos online are false advertising and you guys are terrible at keeping the property clean and maintain you need to knock this building down

Cons:Scary looking people standing around outside late at night on check in. Next morning was nice normal clientele. Breakfast of cereal and toast and juice was disappointing.

Pros:Can't beat the location just off expressway and minutes away from downtown Hollywood. Major upgrade to the rooms cable carpeting and overall arrangement
Cons:Hallway needs new carpeting needs improvement on outside lot. Needs minor details with touch up painting and chair can be updated.
