Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had reserved the room for 1 night instead of 2 and they helped us find a room elsewhere (bc they were full) and even negotiated with that hotel to get the price down for us! Then when we checked in for our stay the next night and told them we would be missing the free breakfast, they gave us muffins, granola bars and water to make up for it! They were ve...
Cons (-) We have stayed at hotels that allow you to access things like Netflix or hulu on their TV through your own account, this may be something to look into adding here at this location.

Pros (+) The room was spotless and decorated very nicely. Everything was clean and the hotel staff was very nice.
Cons (-) The beds, they are TERRIBLE! They are extremely stiff with no give, they need some kind of matress topper to make them even bearable.
