Pros:The concierge was very helpful with giving advice and directions, and the front desk staff were very efficient. The housekeeper assigned to our room spoke English and was attentive to our needs - very nice lady. Hotel is large and within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, and the MTR subway station.
Cons:Room was not well ventilated, and the thermostat was difficult to adjust. Humidity was too high. As the building is a high-rise, the windows cannot be opened.
Pros:The hotel is in a decent location in the Jordan area of Kowloon.
Cons:The hotel rooms are probably the smallest I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in a lot of small rooms (including other hotels in Hong Kong).

Pros:This was my first trip to Hong Kong and I was traveling solo. The staff was incredibly helpful in giving suggested activities, marking routes on on my map and remembered my name "good morning Miss Julie, where are you going today?" I read the room description and knew the room was going to be small. I read negative remarks about the size but I found it to be quite comfortable, especially as a solo traveler. I was on the 29th floor and view was great. Location has very easy access to the subway, bus and airport express. I will definitely return.
