Cons (-) Room was not well ventilated, and the thermostat was difficult to adjust. Humidity was too high. As the building is a high-rise, the windows cannot be opened.

Pros (+) The hotel is in a decent location in the Jordan area of Kowloon.
Cons (-) The hotel rooms are probably the smallest I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in a lot of small rooms (including other hotels in Hong Kong).
