The resort was clean, but both TV’s in the room weren’t working properly. Called to have it fixed, maintenance came quickly claimed it was fixed and then it wasn’t. Couldn’t turn up the volume, change channel or even turn off the TV. Had to unplug it to turn it off. Even the button on the TV wouldn’t turn it off. I’m a timeshare owner and was bamboozled into an “information session” upon arrival. ...

Cons (-) All pools were dirty and infested with mosquitoes except for one kiddie pool. No tubes for the lazy river. No visible staff around or near the pool.
