Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the hotel's cleanliness, comfortable beds, and the variety of pool and leisure facilities available, making it enjoyable for both adults and children. Many found the staff helpful and welcoming, with some standout employees mentioned by name. However, there were repeated complaints about the paid Wi-Fi, inconsistent service experiences, and some issues with pool seating and security staff. Overall, the positive atmosphere and amenities outweighed the negatives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
