Cons (-) Chromecast to view Netflix was difficult to set up and use. No one in staff could explain but finally got a photo copy of instructions. It took 2 days to finally work and then the signal dropped Too done with that

Pros (+) The views were beautiful! Great staff and location.
Cons (-) The hotel was noisy even in your room. They have complementary earplugs got you because of some construction going on and you can hear everything in the hallway and room next door.

Cons (-) More than the hotel, Jacksonville downtown was very disappointing. Felt that it was not worth the cost of hotel to stay in down town. Hotel facility was okay but also was not worth the price I paid for.

Pros (+) Sheets and towels. Fast service even late at night. Asked for toothpaste and security girl was up in literally two minutes. The sliding glass door actually opened up for fresh air.
Cons (-) Shower tub instead of walk-in. Sink didn't drain well.
