Pros (+) Staff very helpful and accommodating, especially with our large group
Cons (-) as our group included children we were disappointed that the pool was inoperable but realize that ‘stuff’ happens

Pros (+) The front desk lady Mary was very helpful.
Cons (-) We incountered a problem and the GM Linda was very rude. Was condescendly suggesting I had did something after there was evidence the hotel had messed up. In the end it was a wash but for a GM she should have better customer service skills.
