Pros (+) The service and cleanliness were all fantastic - gracious and helpful. Location is also excellent - quiet but close to underground, Hyde Park and lots of restaurants.
Cons (-) Smallest room I've ever stayed in and I definitely didn't expect that from the photos. In the end the room had everything I needed but was really small.

Cons (-) The smallest room I have ever had anywhere -- even in Japan. Many guests were complaining about the size of the rooms. the safe did not work and was not replaced. The breakfast was mediocre at best.
