Pros (+) The rooms were more or less standard, the staff helpful and the ambiance in the bar/lounge quite pleasant
Cons (-) This is not the first time I have had this issue and I know that other customers have too, you arrive on a pre-paid arrangement, proof of payment in hand but their "management" does not have same proof in their system and more or less refuse to check you in.
