Loved the convenient location, the 24 hrs room service, taste of the food, staff professionalism, the noiseless fridge inside the room, the look of the hotel and rooms, the free Internet, daily complimentary bottle of water (would be great if there were 2 of them), free parking (which is guarded), and the very competitive prices.
Room for improvement: the pillows are not comfortable (they are very tall for my neck), the gym equipment is old and not properly mantained (and small), the TV in the room is also very small, bathrooms need restoration, do something to improve noise isolation from the street, scent of the room needs focus so that it may smell good when you walk in.
I loved: 24 hrs room service, quality of restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, convenient place/location, free wifi, free parking lot and under staff surveillance, daily bottle of water, quiet frigobar, great value.
Areas of opportunity: pillows are not comfortable at all, street noise not properly isolated, gym too small and not properly mantained, tv with few channels and image quality pretty bad, bathrooms need restoration.
