The location of this hotel is the best feature.
The room and washroom are extremely small. I was not happy that I did not get a response when I emailed the reservations desk to request a room with 2 double beds and when I arrived there were no more rooms with double beds available. All in all the hotel is nice for a short 1 or 2 day stay. The room size and elevator size are small however the location was great.
I didn't appreciate that the hotel and Priceline were able to charge my card for the room, but didn't have a room for me. It took six hours for the hotel to tell me there were no reservations under my name. Very disappointing.
Location location location
Staff were friendly but either under staffed or under trained. But very friendly... Valet took forever I would revamp their protocols ASAP.Great Location, friendly staff , clean room, not the biggest space but very clean and you are downtown Miami so who needs a big room!!!! Valet service... Be prepared to wait 20 to 30 minutes for your vehicle
Great location but parking is such that I felt like I had no choice but to use the valet service ($25+tax/tip). Modern, clean rooms and fast wi-fi.
My room was pretty cramped, which was surprising for a 3.5 star property. I've stayed at other similar hotels in downtown Miami with spacious rooms.
It had very modern decor. The staff were helpful and professional.
Elevator was very slow. Not good eating choices close by. Restaurants breakfast wasn't great and the lunch/dinner menu was not great.
Great location. Right across the street from Bayfront/Bayside, 2 blocks south of the Arena. The most TV channels I've ever seen offered by a hotel so your downtime is full of entertainment.
Hotel bathroom was ridiculously small. I've been in half-bathrooms that were much bigger (no exaggeration). Take a step out of the bathtub and you're hitting yourself against the sink and toilet. There's NO space. The a/c was loud also. The Good: Hotel is located in a perfect spot: right on Biscayne Blvd and directly across the street from Bayside and Bayfront Park. The Arena is just 2 blocks away and you're about a 3min drive from the Port of Miami. Hotel is very clean and the staff is nice and knowledgeable. You also get a crazy amount of channels in your room (close to 60 channels). So if you're on a business trip and dont plan to be out and about, this will keep you entertained. The Bad: The drawbacks is the size of the rooms. I stayed in a standard King...
the location best fit my need
There are only two small elevators for the whole that were always packed. I ended up walking down 8 floors on 3 of the 4 days I stayed here, including my departure where I needed to lug heavy bags down 8 floors for not being able to get an elevator in 20mThe hotel is in a great location if being in downtown is your main location, and only for one or two nights. The real problem is the elevator situation, two very small elevators to serve the whole hotel is simply not enough. Way too much time spent waiting to get an elevator up or down, especially bad during 'rush' hours of 8 to 10am and 6 to 8pm. I ended up walking down 8 floors on 3 of 4 mornings and walking back up twice, so if you are looking for an exercise program, stay here. Their 'downtown' view consisted of looking across the courtyard at the other wall of the hotel, no view - be careful if they are charging you extra for water side or downtown views, c...
Nothing, bad service
The service,O would like my money back, because the elevators was Broke and I had to take my bags to the 8th floor by stairs, and the hotel didnt care about that. Really bad experience for the priceline expierence.
the location was great
hot water was lukewarm and maintenance couldn't look at it until the following morning after we already checked out. also there were only two people working the front desk so check in and out was extremely slow.
Elevators are nota enought for this hotelWas very good
