The staff was so nice
the location is far from stores .
Bed bugs, unclean, old furniture, was scared I get robbed , placed on second floor and is handicapped
everything somewhat shabby
Home town . Hot breakfast.
Not really neatly done , carpet in room was cut short, and not enough towels in room ,bath shampoo and soaps could be better type.
The room was smelly and the bed pillows were smelling very bad too.
BEDBUGS....LOTS AND LOTS OF BEDBUGS. We left within 30 minutes of arriving.Non smoking room had been a smoking room for years previously.Net listing showed it was a TWO star hotel, same as Hampton, Courtyard, etc. It was not even a one star.
The room wasn't clean. Most disturbingly, something had been spilled on one of the beds (probably cleaning solution) and it was still wet. Pillows were also small and lumpy.
Location was good
Dirty property, loud guests, poor customer service, room not particularly clean. I stayed here 2 years ago and it has declined since that time.
The rooms were horrible the quality was poor one room was leaking water frown A/C othe room A/C the pool was out off service and that's one of the reasons that I booked it
Nothing...it was a 3 star online but it was a rathole. I asked for a nonsmoking room and it smelled so much like smoke I had to wash everything twice when I got home. The pool was terrible.
Everything. Would never stay there again.
