The staff was wonderful.
The desk clerk during the day gave me and my employees a tough time about masks. I am formed her that it was no mandate on masks and we did not used to wear them but she insisted that we do and informed us that her general manager would kick us out
Location and cleanliness
No hot water for shower
After reserving my room online checking in was easy.
This is not like a Days Inn I¿ve stayed in. It was not clean. I did not know the blankets were in the drawer until the next morning. If check out is at 12:00 pm why does house keeping knock on your door at 9:00 am and then again at 10:00 am.
Clean room, very comfortable bed..it is my second time staying here and i will be sure to stay here on my next trips as well. The staff was great.
Nothing At All
My Room Was Not Ready, I Had To Wait An Extra 45 Mins For A Room And Staff Was Unprofessional Except The Lady Who I Return My Key To That Morning And The Room Was Horrible
very friendly staff.
Lights went out due to Hurricane. They have no back up generator for rooms. Windows don't open for circulation. But they did make one trip around to check on people. No breakfast, even though that part of building had generator back up.
Clean and hotel employee was the best.
The staff professional, friendly and they all wore their masks due to Covid 19.
Yes some of staff are very rude and they didn't make sure I was comfortable
True southern hospitality!
People are polite rooms clean and nice.
