Location, and the staff were exceptional in helping with all areas of our trip.
Additional window covering to block out the sun in addition to the Charleston shutters.A good location for walking to the French Quarter. The general manager Patrick, and staff went out of their way to be helpful.
Old New Orleans charm. Multiple properties hooked together and open to all. Large rooms with kitchen, living room, bath and bedroom. Little crowded at the continental breakfast. Great central courtyard with pool and seating.
Bed was quite hard.Staff was more than accommodating. They really want to help with your New Orleans experience. We wanted old N.O. charm and this was exactly what I hoped for. Located within walking distance of French Quarter attractions. Neighborhood seemed safe.
Price; comfortable room; easy walk to French Quarter. This hotel met our needs perfectly. The hotel and the rooms are not like you will find in a luxury hotel but are very nice. The building is a historic building and very pretty. Our room was small but very comfortable and clean. It was an easy easy walk to Bourbon St. and the French Quarter. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
It was in a location close to a lot of parks and Boubon Street yet quiet at night for sleeping. The front desk was so helpful, they set up a City Tour for us. We were picked up right in front of the hotel. The day we left they ordered a cab, it came in five minutes. Very friendly.
The pool was awesome and the staff were very helpful. Thank you
There was not a lot of room in the dining area, it got a little crowded. I would like if there were newer shower heads for the hotel roomsOverall the hotel, atmosphere, and staff were very nice
The pools and location you can turn off the noise when your ready to tone it down
This hotel is very convenient to get to is close in proximity to the famous Bourbon and Royal Streets. We could walk everywhere. There is also a convenient store right next to it which is great.
Nothing. We loved the service. Our first room had an air condition leak but the hotel fixed the situation very quickly. Roy moved all of our things to a new room and walked our dog while we were gone! The breakfast was very nice and we were able to have it out in the courtyeard. I will be coming back to this hotel next time I am in town. Great service, clean and convenient.
The location of this hotel is great - just a few blocks from the 'action' in the French Quarter but very quiet. Also, the hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The bathroom was a bit small, but for the price everything was fine. The hotel staff really made this stay for us. It was our first time in New Orleans and we went straight to the restaurant she suggested when we checked in. It was delicious and we had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.
Gigantic water bug was in the room. Also you had to pay $25 to park your car. Pack my stuff and run out. This was at 11:30pm. Didn't even ask for another room or my money back.
The character of the hotel, particularly the courtyard area and the wooden floors in the rooms.
Along with the character of the hotel went with doors that wouldn't shut unless slammed, which is fine, except for when the drunk revelers went to bed at 3 a.m. every morning and slammed their door. Also the windows in the room were locked shut.I stayed here while attending a conference at the Sheraton on Canal Street. I felt completely safe walking to the conference, both in the morning and at night. There is a lovely park by the hotel that was fun to walk around in and get a break from being indoors.
