The Red Roof was a good value. It’s in a location close to restaurants and has a good view of the Hudson River from the second floor porch. The staff was friendly and the hotel and rooms were clean.

Cons (-) Pool cold and water dripping from ceiling room large but only I small chair to sit on and very uncomfortable plenty of room for a chair and couch or even 2 chairs

Pros (+) The best part of the stay was the help. Dwight & Kadeem at the front desk went out of their way to make our stay great!!
Cons (-) The breakfast was mediocre; we went to the diner down the road. Also rooms are only for sleeping extremely small.

Pros (+) The overall hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. A good location for a night or two stay. Also the breakfast was actually quite good.
