Cons (-) Room was small, tv small, bathroom small, breakfast room small, parking lot small. Noisy area. Staff was rude. Most don't speak English. Had to walk 1/4 mile to pool.

Pros (+) Very friendly and helpful staff - front desk, maintenance etc. This is an old property but serious efforts have been made to refresh it. It is across the street from the beach but access is very easy.
