Cons:Please keep breakfast open till 9:30, and the pricing just seemed 10% higher than I thought would be a good value. Front desk guy could not log in multiple times, so a queue of 3 guests took 20 minutes to clear the lobby, and there were 2 idle computers. It drove the guy at the desk crazy and the people in the queue. plumbing pipe near the stairwell made a lot of noise rattling all night long, I expect something didn't get braced right when they built the hotel.
Pros:Beautiful and well equipped room. I had a room with a couch, refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was the usual fare and the breakfast room was inviting. Location was ideal. Freeway and GCU close by.
Cons:My mattress was on the firm side. I like it a little softer. Also, for a two night stay, the cleaning crew never came by. I didn’t need my bedding and towels changed but it would have been nice to have the trash taken out or the bed made.
