Pros (+) It was in a good location and the pools were awesome.
Cons (-) We stayed in a room on the north side which was a Street view room. It was very noisy. If we did it again we would get a pool or Gardenview room.

Pros (+) I really like the hotel because I booked the hotel based on the event I thought I would be in and found out it was further away from Playa Del Carmen management was able to let me check out early even though I paid in full and refund me for the difference. The hotel location is perfect close to everything.
Cons (-) Just wish they have elevator go to our room other that is a great hotel
