Cons:Smell of hotel facilities and room was terrible. No screens in windows to prevent bugs from entering. Front desk staff not friendly.

Pros:I liked the friendly staff and cleaning of the room.
Cons:After I spent one night, I woke up to a headboard on top of my head. Instead of giving me money back or offer another night, they Steichen my room and said that's all they can do.

Cons:Let's see, from the moment we got there we told there was no breakfast included like the original ad stated. Also, the pool was not open since they hadn't gotten the ok that it passed inspection. (Right here I would have asked to cancel my booking, but there are no cancellations allowed) our room was around back, as we unloaded the car we were ogled by the resident group of Mexicans that were blasting music from the trunk speakers of their car... we get to the room where we discover holes in the curtains, holes in the bedspreads and little ants all over in the bathroom. The shower plate is falling off the wall, windows have been sealed shut, the electrical outlets are loose on the wall and the mini fridge door doesn't open unless you lean it back off the carpet. Coming to grips with all of this, my friend comes out of the bathroom and announces that the toilet doesn't flush. I called the front desk only to be told that they do not have a plunger or another room available. But rest assured, they would not hold us accountable for damages !!!!

Pros:I liked it well enough, no breakfast as the restaurant in the hotel just changed hands but staff was helpful, WiFi actually worked in my room.
