Pros (+) Location, location location. Convenient to everything. Rooms are comfortable, nice courtyard. Breakfast good. But main advantage is the location.
Cons (-) Air conditioning doesn't work well and gets noisy if windows opened. Front desk staff variable in quality--generally grudging, sometimes helpful.
