Terrible customer service. Didn’t even get a “hello” when I walked into the shack sized rental service. The workers there make you feel like your lost, as if they don’t know I’m there to pick up a rental car. Rude, not accommodating. To top it off my rental smelt like smoke, and the front bumper was cracked. I’m just glad I wasn’t charged any extra fees.Hertz

Cons:
I was charged an extra $107.00 for something. I still have no idea what it was for and the receipt, which was emailed to me, does not disclose the reason for the charge. I will have to contact Hertz for an explanation. It might have been done in error but it did not apply to any extra that I agreed to pay. I am very disappointed and was quite surprised to see the amount on the emailed receipt.4.8 Mediocre
