Pros (+) Rooms were clean. Staff very friendly and well-trained and willing to help. Check in and check out very smooth. Accommodated late check out (6 pm). Nice continental breakfast. Beautiful beachfront. Lovely views and grounds.

Cons (-) My room was in a remote part of the hotel, in a room near an alley, with a lot of stray cats. It took a day for me to have hot water.
