Pros (+) The location is good. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) I had reserved the room for the previous Tuesday night. I am having radiation treatments for breast cancer and drive into the city the night before the treatment. Last Tuesday I woke up with a cold and couldn't have the radiation. My husband called the hotel as soon as the doctor canceled the treatment. He asked if we could move the reservation to the next Tuesday. He was told we could but last ni...

Cons (-) The receptionist was so rude and had no people skill. I felt discriminated. I cancelled my reservation but was charged one day even though I refused. I will never ever book in this hotel ever again. The receptionist was a disgrace.

Pros (+) easy check-in/check-out, free parking (don't mind double parking & surrendering keys), convenient location.
Cons (-) walls too thin, can hear neighbors loudly outside the door. didn't mind the city/traffic noise since its, in fact, a city (duh).
